Lindy Lane X Kara Lee Lobell (Speedy Somolli)

This two time State of Maine Trotter of the Year was born in 2003 and has had an impressive career. He is by Lindy Lane, out of Kara Lee Lobell, by Speedy Somolli. As a two year old, he dominated the Pennsylvania Sire Stakes winning 4 out of his 6 starts with his fastest mark being 1:58:3F. He also defeated Mr. Pine Chip, a Hambletonian favorite that year. As a 3yo He triumphed again, winning the Currier and Ives trot at The Meadowlands with a mark of 1:59F. In 2009 at Rockingham Park he set his lifetime mark of 1:55:1M.

He has continued to dominate throughout his lifetime with 129 starts with 61 wins, with a lifetime earning of $373,463. Of those 61 wins 39 of them were accomplished on a half mile track, making him the King of Trotting in the State of Maine.
